Marc’s Knowledge of the the space and timing in the market was incredible to watch unfold. He not only hired solid contractors but also guided them in what the modern consumer wants / needs in their home. He made sure to keep them in line and within budget. Not only did he assist me in that overwhelming process but he had a stager set in place & 60 people showing up at my open house for 3 days in a row.
